Frequently Asked Questions

What is a MAC address and Device Key?

The MAC address is a unique identifier for your TV (looks like: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF). The Device Key is a 6-digit number (like: 123456) generated by the app. Both are displayed on your TV's welcome screen and are required for activation.

What is the 7-day free trial?

When you first install the app, you automatically get 7 days of free access to test all features. After the trial expires, you'll need to purchase a license from the Samsung App Store to continue watching content. Your playlist settings are always saved and accessible, even during trial or expired state.

Can I use one license on multiple TVs?

This depends on your license plan. Standard licenses are single-device. Contact your provider for multi-device plans.

Where do I get IPTV playlists?

You must subscribe to a legal IPTV service provider. We do not provide, host, or distribute any content or playlists.

My playlist isn't working. What should I do?

Contact your IPTV service provider directly. We cannot assist with content or playlist issues as we only provide the player software.

How long does my license last?

License duration varies by plan (monthly, annual, etc.). Check with your provider or reseller for specific details about your license.
